This was my first work shop. First, teacher Giovanny told us to form a circle and to had a balloon with us. We started to walk around the classroom with our balloon maintaining it in the air using only one finger; then, he said that we could use two fingers, three fingers, four fingers, and at the end with all our hand; and also we can shared our balloon with other person. But when we were maintaining our balloon in the air he started to explode one by one balloon. We started to take care of him protecting our balloons running for the space maintaining the balloon in the air. Most of the balloons were explode by Giovanny. My balloon did not die in his hands. Then, we sat up , and he told us that the balloons were like our life that we fighter every day to live i our Country;but he asked us an interesting question: What did you do to protect other people lives? because anybody tried to help others balloons, we only protected our balloon.

Second, Teacher Giovanny asked for the stories and the tonger twister that he was asking before. One by one we passed and performed the storie and the tonger twister. When we said the tonger twister teacher Giovanny told us to speak louder without be afraid to made a mistake. He asked us to said it slowly and faster to listen our diction and to proved our memory. Then, when we said the story, he observed our movements, and the word that we repeated many times. He gave us some tips about how to talk , how to move our hands and body, and how to speak in front of the people. This tips were excellent to improve our oral presentation, and it will help us in the future, when we start to teach children.

Teacher's name:
Juan Jose Menjivar
Roxan Diaz
Nicole Hernandez
Mariana Fagoaga

Skill: Reading.
Framework: PDP

Topic: Chocolate

This day was my groups turn to perform a lesson plan. The skill was reading.
First, Roxan started with the warm up that consisted in a draw guessing activity. Teacher divided the class in two groups; then, each group selected a leader who could not see the board . The activity was the following, one student had draw the word that teacher Roxan said ,and the classmates helped the student who could not see the board to guess the word. That was a nice activity ,and the students enjoy it.
Second, Teacher Juan Jose presented the vocabulary of the chocolate text. He used flash cards with the concept to explain the vocabulary, and also he gave examples of each word. he practiced the pronunciation with the students and he asked some students to gave him some examples of the vocabulary words. Then, he gave a letter soup to each students to look for the words of the vocabulary on it. Students enjoy this game and it helped them to keep the vocabulary in mind.

Third, it was my turn to present the practice stage. I divided the class in two teams , and I gave each member of the teams the copy of the text. They had to read it for 50 seconds. Then, after reading I put 4 possibles titles for the ext on the board, each group told me the best option for the title of the text. This were the options:

1.Liquid Chocolate
2.Chocolate
3.Chocolate and Milk
4. Chocolate and beans
They choose the correct one that was number 2 "Chocolate"
After this activity, I post four pictures on the board that were according the events on the text. I left students 40 seconds to read the text again and look for the possible order. One member of the different group passed to the board and wrote the order with numbers. We checked, and there were correct.

Fourth, teacher Nicole presented the production stage. Teacher Nicole played a basketball activity. She made two groups, and she gave each group a ball. If a student do not throw the ball on the network, he had to take a paper from the box and asked a question about the reader. Many of the students failed and asked a question. In this activity we saw that students got the comprehension of the chocolate reader.
Finally, Teacher Roxan did the wrap up activity. She divided the class in pairs, each pair had 3 different color paper with different questions of the topic. For example: There is any word of the vocabulary that you did not understand?Students answered the questions, and some of them share their answers. This was an appropiate activity that helped teacher to evaluate what were the words that he needs to refresh in the other lesson.
I really enjoy this lesson, and I was nervous at the beginning, but then it was significant for me.

Skill: Listening.
Framework:PDP

Topic: Recommendations.

This was the first lesson of listening skill. To started with the lesson Teacher Maria José divided the class in pairs and gave each pair a letter soup. She explained what words we needed to find and this group recycled the vocabulary given for Charlie's group. This was an interesting activity because it helps us to remain the vocabulary of street food.

After, Teacher Xiomara made the presentation stage in which divided the class in two teams giving them some papers, but before she had wrote on the board two categories that were about provide or accept recommendations. Each group had to match the paper in the correct categories. Then, teacher checked our answers and she presented the          vocabulary and the pronunciation of
each word giving us some examples of how to use the recommendations phrases.

After this activity, Teacher Paolo gave us a worksheet playing the audio and we had to listen the words that were missing on the sentences. Then, he checked our answers. For the production stage Teacher Adriana made pairs and she gave us a paper with the instructions for the mini role play activity. She asked a student to read the instructions for all of us,but before the students perform the mini role play , teachers gave us an example to develop our mini role play. This was a great point in the lesson because teachers gave us the tools to prepare our mini role play. After, Teacher Adriana asked teacher Maria Jose for a numbers and she gave them, the students had had a different number in the instruction paper and the pair that was mentioned had to perform the mini role play.

At the end, Teacher Maria Jose played the game "pass the ball" if a student had the ball when teacher stopped counting he had to take a paper of the box and asked the question. The lesson was meaningful and interesting. It had a lot of activities that were excellent for the students to practice the listening skill.

After this activity, Teacher Cristian presented the present passive and the structure, and he gave us some examples of the grammar structure like this one
The cook fries empanadas= The empanadas are fried by the cook; this examples help us to understand better the structure and  how to form the present passive. Then, Teacher Nelson gave us some exercises about the topic, he monitored us and asked us to compare the answers in pairs. Teacher Nelson asked to check the exercises. After, Teacher Andrea made trios and  gave us some pictures that we used to made sentences using the present passive, and she asked different students to share their answer with the others.

At the end, teacher Yansi played a game pass the ball. If a student had the ball when the teacher stopped counting he asked the student to share any of the sentences that he formed with the pictures in the production stage. This lesson was significant because the activities developed in the stages help me to refresh the vocabulary learned.
